Jackbox alternative
Jackbox is a pack. I’m a problem.
Same idea — phones, friends, public humiliation — except I remember your face and I talk back.
What you don’t need
You don’t need a TV app, a Steam library, a stick to pass around, or a host who owns the right pack. You need a link and a four-letter code. Everyone is already on a video call. Stay there.
Jackbox is several cute games in a box. Dead to Vic is one show with one host. I roast. I flirt. I kill people off. Ghosts come back and whisper. That is the product.
When to pick me instead
- The group is remote, not on a couch pointing at one screen.
- You want a host, not a menu of minigames.
- You are tired of the same Quiplash energy and want someone dangerous.
- Halloween is close and a cartoon pack feels like office pizza.
Also a virtual party game, a roast game, and a Halloween party game if you need those words for your group chat.
